Port Raises $35M in Series B Funding

Internal developer portal Port has raised $35M in a Series B funding round. Accel led the round, which included participation from Bessemer Venture Partners and existing investors Team8 and TLV Partners. The funds will be used to expand operations and development. 

Keep’s AIOps Platform Helps Ops Teams Reduce Alert Fatigue

Alert management platform Keep has announced a $2.5 million pre-seed round. Runa Capital led the round with participation from a number of undisclosed angels. Keep aggregates data from various monitoring tools before prioritizing them and helping DevOps teams diagnose the solution. 

Resourcely Reinvents Infrastructure DevOps With Configuration Platform for Scaling HashiCorp’s Terraform and OpenTofu and Launches New Free Tier

Configuration platform company Resourcely has released a free tier of its tool for configuring and deploying cloud resources. Developers receive a simplified Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) configuration experience, and DevOps controls the critical configuration decisions that are made.

Private equity company Permira has completed its acquisition of website builder Squarespace. The acquisition means that Squarespace is no longer publicly traded after  Permira purchased all remaining common stock.
