Contentstack, the headless CMS vendor, has unveiled Agent OS, a new platform the company says will redefine digital experiences in the emerging “Context Economy.”
CEO Neha Sampat declared that traditional content management and rules-based personalization are obsolete. Instead, Agent OS enables adaptive, one-to-one interactions driven by customer behavior, preferences, and real-time context.
According to Contentstack, Agent OS provides:
-
AI Agents with access to brand content, voice, and customer insights.
-
Automations to eliminate manual workflows and repetitive prompts.
-
Polaris, a co-pilot embedded across the platform to boost productivity.
The launch reflects a major strategic pivot, complete with a brand refresh. “Context is the most important currency in business,” Sampat said, positioning Contentstack to lead this shift. CMO Gurdeep Dhillon added, “There will be before the Context Economy, and after. Brands that win context will gain a lasting advantage.”
Agent OS will debut at ContentCon Europe with customer speakers including Air France-KLM, Icelandair, and Mondelēz International. The move builds on a milestone year that began with Contentstack’s acquisition of Lytics and expansion of its adaptive Edge platform.
Contentstack’s bold claim that “content management is dead” underscores the growing competition to define the next era of digital experiences, where AI agents and adaptive systems, not static publishing, shape how brands engage customers.
