Bloomreach Valuation Soars to $2.2 Billion Following $175 Million Investment Led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management

Bloomreach, known as the world’s #1 Commerce Experience Cloud, has announced an investment of $175 million, which will see its valuation double since last year, to reach $2.2 billion. The funding led by Goldman Sachs includes participation from existing Bloomreach investors, Bain Capital Ventures and Sixth Street Growth.

Contentstack Now Runs on Microsoft Azure, Becoming the Only Multi-Cloud SaaS Content Management System on the Market

Leading agile content management system Contentstack will now be available on Microsoft Azure. Contentstack subsequently becomes the first multi-cloud SaaS CMS on the market, giving customers the freedom to run on their choice of cloud provider. 

WordPress Plugin Puts Hundreds of Thousands of Sites at Risk

The Wordfence Threat Intelligence team has discovered a WordPress plugin flaw that allows for XSS attacks. The plugin in question, Header Footer Code Manager, allows webmasters to add code snippets to the headers and footers of their websites. Attackers can use the vulnerability to gain administrator privileges and the opportunity to install backdoor hacks.

GitHub has announced that the ability to prebuild codespaces has entered public beta. According to GitHub these prebuilt codespaces “will serve as a “ready-to-go” template where your source code, editor extensions, project dependencies, commands, and configurations have already been downloaded, installed, and applied so that you don’t have to wait for these tasks to finish each time you create a new codespace.”

AWS and Code-X Announce Partnership to Bring Increased Security Capabilities to the AWS Cloud

Code-X Inc. and AWS have announced a partnership to extend the Code-X proprietary five-dimensional security solution to the whole AWS realm, including AWS National Security solutions.
